Shipping policy
We only deliver to the UK.
All orders must be made by customers over 18. Identification will be requested on delivery.
Unless otherwise specified your order will arrive within 5 working days. We use Royal Mail for deliveries.
Orders are processed and usually dispatched within 48hrs.
Once you have made your purchase at The Beverage Merchants website and reviewed your details you will then proceed to Billing information where you can arrange for delivery to your address or an alternative address.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us and then Royal Mail with tracking details for your order which can be tracked online.
You will also receive consignment details from us.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
Our standard delivery charge to most UK postcodes is £6.25 or FREE when you order £75 or over.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
