Bareksten's Botanical Aquavit is built around a potato based alcohol , which is
flavoured by a meticulous distillation with the classic aquavit botanicals.
Finished in Oloroso sherry casks to improve texture, aromas and obtain a natural
warm golden colour.

An extremely smooth and creamy Aquavit gives it a variety of multiple uses.
Though pleasant it still has a backbone that makes it perfect in cocktails.

Bareksten Botanical Aquavit differs from other Norwegian Aquavit, gone is the harsh and stingy sensation.
