The Stellar Rum rises above the ordinary. Many white rums are either too bland or too bold, but we wanted a balance: aromatic, with just the right amount of spirit.

Our approach? Let the rum speak for itself. While we mainly avoid wood aging and charcoal filtering to preserve the rum’s raw, captivating flavours, we incorporate a small touch of aged rum for depth. Its authentic character is the hero, enhanced by just a whisper of maturity.

The journey to perfection took almost two years, blending four distinct rums. Each rum is a standout, but together, they achieve a perfect union.

What we've crafted is a white rum that's confidently different -ideal not just for classic rum drinks, but for any cocktail calling for an adventurous twist. It’s a multi-faceted rum for the bold and creative.

Nose:

Bright and fresh, with the scent of sugarcane, touch of fruity ripeness reminiscent of bananas, and a  grassy undertones. Hints of olives and a whisper of salt add a unique and savory complexity.

Palate:

Smooth and balanced, with a gentle sweetness. The medium body has a bold character, blending fruity and slightly savory flavors. This rum’s personality shines through its harmonious blend of sweet and savory elements, offering depth without being overpowering.

Finish:

The experience concludes with a long, dry finish. Almond-like nuttiness lingers on the palate, complemented by a warm, comforting sensation. The finish is clean yet complex, inviting another sip.
