Long Table Distillery Cucumber Gin - 70cl Bottles - 44% abv

At Long Table, we take great care in the preparation and distillation
of our premium spirits. Each batch of our Cucumber Gin is macerated
with our genuine 100% Canadian grain based spirit (Gluten Free)
for up to 24 hours with 10 carefully selected botanicals, including
fresh British Columbia grown cucumbers and naturally foraged
ingredients sourced locally and internationally. We also prepare
the fresh cucumber and citrus peels on the day we distill, for maximum
freshness. Following a five-hour distillation the collected spirits are
proofed to bottle strength of 44% ABV (88 proof) with pure water
sourced from BC’s Coastal Mountain Range.

TASTING NOTES
Copper pot distilled New Western Dry Gin
with nine botanicals and B.C. farm fresh cucumbers,
seasonally sourced. This gin greets your palate with notes
of fresh garden cucumber and soft citrus
leading to a lingering peppery finish.
