A gin made from botanicals with juniper as the predominant flavour. Enhanced by coriander seeds, angelica root, grains of paradise and a freshness from of both grapefruit and lemon peel.
The taste is smooth with juniper and coriander seeds and a complex note of citrus fruit. The nose is full bodied, slightly sweet and smooth.
The botanicals have been macerated in Swedish neutral grain spirit for 12 hours, then distilled in large copper pot stills equipped with a state-of-the-art vacuum system, thus lowering the temperature for the distilling process, resulting in a fresher taste of the spirit.
