Pommeau de Normandie from Domaine de la Flaguerie is a traditional aperitif blending organic apple juice with young Calvados, aged two years in French oak. The nose reveals candied notes of gingerbread, prune and cooked apple, whilst the palate delivers soft, round flavours with a complex, balanced finish.
